I offer online hypnotherapy for stress, anxiety, fears and phobias, emotional tension, and habit-related patterns.

  • A 30-minute intro session — just to talk, map things out, and get clear on what you really want

  • A full 60–90 minute hypnotherapy session, tailored to your inner landscape

  • A custom hypnotic audio — made just for you, to rewire the story you live by

4 weeks of private message support — voice/text, to keep you steady, even between sessions

Individual hypnotherapy

You don’t have to “figure it all out” before asking for help.
Most people come to me not with a diagnosis — but with a feeling.
Something’s off. Something’s stuck.
And they’re ready to stop carrying it alone.

We begin with a 30-minute diagnostic call
a quiet space to explore what’s been building up and where it’s asking to shift.

Then we move into a 60–90 minute hypnotherapy session.
It’s a state of calm inner focus, where you stay fully conscious and aware of everything happening.
You won’t “go under” or lose control.
You’ll simply relax enough to hear what your subconscious has been trying to tell you — clearly, gently, and without filters.

It’s often in this state that the real reasons behind your feelings or behaviors start to reveal themselves — and we can begin to work with them from the inside.

After the session, you’ll receive a personalized hypnotic audio to reinforce what we uncovered.
And I’ll stay in touch for the next 4 weeks — short messages, grounding voice notes, gentle support whenever you need a reminder that you’re not doing this alone.
